I don’t even know what to say about this. I’ve heard of similar things happening to other people too, and I can’t even imagine how unnerving it is. I hope she (assuming it’s not a man masquerading as a woman, which also happens) does contact you and why this happened can be figured out.

How hard is it to not steal someone’s identity? Geeze.

We know they’re a woman because she had no issues going on voice chat. Yeah, the person could have been a man with a woman aide willing to play along, but I assume that means he’d need her on very short notice. That or they’re a guy who can convincingly sound like a woman, I guess. Either way, that’s not a detail I’m too fussed about.
