THE DANGEROUS LADIES
We're the Dangerous Ladies, and we're delighted to meet you. This is our little online space where we keep our costuming progress, tutorials, thoughts and finished works.

Supergirl wig (the curly one, that is) gettin’ fixed. I’ve had this wig for over two years now, been on the trampoline thrice, worn it in windy weather, worn it in the rain, worn it in the water, worn it over and over again, and while it didn’t look TOO bad, it is definitely showing its age (to me) and needs an overhaul.
First I have to get rid of all the flyaways and frizzy/kinky spots in the fibers, so I brushed out the whole bottom layer and poured three kettles worth of boiling water over it. Now it’s ridiculously soft, smooth and glossy again, but no more curls… for now!
The curls will go back in when I finish brushing out and boiling the fibers smooth again :)
